Welcome

Welcome to the Dromore Cathedral website, which we hope it will give you an insight into how we worship in Dromore. If you live close enough, you might even want to come and join us at one of the 4 regular services we have each Sunday and at our occasional 8pm Praise service. We are constantly developing our various ministries and have room on the many teams if you want to become involved.

The site is designed to deliver you news and information from Dromore Cathedral. You can read all about the Cathedral here.

Via Wings Launch

October 5th, 2009 by Stephen Lowry

“Dromore churches: Dare to care!” was the challenge from Gail Redmond as she shared the vision for the House of Hope opening in Dromore shortly. Via Wings (Working In the Name of God to Serve the community) has been a growing idea borne from teaching received at FocusFest and in the Cathedral over the last six months. A House of Hope has been identified and is being prepared by individuals from around the churches in Dromore to be a place for people who simply need a hand.

Gail spoke, Noelle Stewart led prayers, ahile Sam and Dave led the spoken and sung worship at the weekly 10 o’clock service. Gail completed the morning by addressing the 11.30 congrgation at the start of their service. Well done to all who took part and a big thanks to people from several other churches in the town who gathered for the launch.
